went to the bar, it’s 2:00 AM, i’m at a table with a close friend, a group of my old friends are at another table, my friend and i hear overheard them talking about us, i said to my friend loudly “don’t worry about them, they have nothing better to do then to talk about other people because they have nothing better to talk about,” they got upset, everyone but my childhood best friend left to go to the bar, i went over to apologize for saying that. she accepted the apology and we talked for a bit, she went to the bar, then i decided to go to the bar before last call. didn’t get another drink, instead gave the bartender my whole purse so i could leave without paying my tab to go to the grocery store. instead go with my childhood best friend to her apartment. it’s the same apartment i had when i was in college. her room is filthy and nearly empty but a bed. she leaves for some reason and i go to the living room and see one of her roommates. he dodges me and i ask how he is. he said, “i don’t really like you so please don’t talk to me.” i asked why. he said, “because i think when i left last time you used my bed to do your makeup and it got everywhere so when i came back it got on me and was a mess.” i lied and said i didn’t. he didn’t believe me and said, “ i don’t know, i think you’re lying because you’re best friend’s room was empty and i had my bed in there which is a prefect height for the mirror to do your makeup.” i tried to keep playing it off but i couldn’t convince him. he went into his room. i leave and get to the grocery store, buy a pint of ice cream, a cart full of other groceries, a lot of detergent, and a case of water, i go back to the bar with the cart of groceries to pay my tab. while i’m walking to the entrance i pass some somalis with their children. the children start messing with the cart grabbing at the groceries, i try to shoo them away, while i wasn’t looking an adult from the group had grabbed another cart and stole 90% of the groceries, i got so mad i woke up
